Calcium silicate boards are widely used in the construction sector due to their exceptional performance and versatility. These boards are made from inorganic mineral fibers or cellulose fibers, combined with siliceous-calcium materials as the main cementing agent. The production process involves pulping, molding, and accelerating the curing reaction in high temperature and high-pressure saturated steam.
To meet the diverse needs of different processing technologies and annual outputs, calcium silicate board production lines are configured differently. One of the common methods is the flowing method, which includes pulp processing, plate stacking, demolding, pressure steam curing, and edge grinding sections. Another method is the copying method, which is based on the rotary screen papermaking process and requires high-quality equipment.
