1. Raw material preparation
Raw material preparation includes wet grinding and pulping of quartz sand, crushing and digestion of quicklime, and grinding and pulping of wood fiber.
2. Pulp making process
Pump the wood fiber slurry that has been diluted and crushed to a pulping degree into a counter-current mixer, add measured slaked lime, cement, quartz powder, etc. in sequence, mix thoroughly through the counter-current mixer until a slurry of a certain concentration is made, and pump it to the storage The slurry tank is reserved, and then homogenized by a single-disk refiner, stirred in the premix tank, and sent to the slurry plate making machine at a certain concentration to enter the flow rate of the plate making operation.
3. Headboard
The slurry that flows out evenly from the headbox is filtered and dehydrated on the running industrial blanket, forming a thin layer and wound around the forming drum. When the slab thickness is reached after multi-layer winding, the control system is designed according to the slab. Dimensions are automatically cut from the slab. The plate making machine uses a forming roller with a diameter of 1600mm to horizontally cut and trim the blank to form two standard plates. The standard plates are stacked by a stacker, and the stacking method is one steel mold and one plate.
4. Plate compaction
The formed slab is pressurized by a 7000t press for 30 minutes, and the slab is dehydrated and compacted under a high pressure of 23.5MPa to improve the strength and density of the slab.
5. Pre-culture and demoulding
The wet slab is pre-cured in a pre-curing kiln, and is demoulded after the slab has gained a certain strength. The pre-culture temperature is 50~70℃, and the pre-culture time is 4~5h.
6. Autoclave sterilization and curing
After the slab is demoulded, it is sent to the autoclave for autoclaving and curing for 24 hours, with a steam pressure of 1.2MPa and a temperature of 190°C. During the steam curing process, the silica, calcium hydroxide and water in the slab react chemically to form tomolite crystals and xonotlite. The quality of the hydration reaction directly affects the strength, expansion rate and moisture-proof performance of calcium silicate boards.
7. Drying, sanding and edging
The steam-cured slab is dried on the comb dryer in the tunnel kiln, so that the moisture content of the slab reaches the acceptance standard of no more than 10%. The plates can be delivered after being polished, edged and quality inspected.
