The mixer is the core of the complete gypsum powder production line; the selection of the mixer and its additional functions are determined according to different process requirements. The equipment before the mixing process includes: raw material processing system (unpacking, feeding, crushing, screening, etc.), raw material conveying system, raw material storage system, batching system and necessary raw material intermediate storage system, etc. The mixing process includes: finished product buffer system, conveyor system, packaging system, stacking system, as well as the required steel structure platform and dust removal system. How the gypsum manufacturing process works
Gypsum and desulfurization gypsum are fed in from the inlet, effectively contact with the surface of the heat exchange tube in the shell, burned by the flue gas from the fluidized bed boiler as a medium, and finally collected at the discharge port. Due to indirect heat exchange, the shell acquires a higher regional vapor pressure, which has a positive impact on the quality of the product. Furthermore, there is no direct contact between the plaster and the heat carrier, thus maintaining maximum purity of the product. The indirect heat exchange model of rotary calcination technology can effectively protect gypsum from the influence of hemihydrate gypsum by balancing the calcination intensity.
According to the gypsum manufacturing process requirements, the building gypsum production line includes crushers, grinders, calciners, storage and conveyors, and control systems.

Gypsum ore is fed into the crusher by a vibrating feeder and crushed into small particles less than 30mm for later use. According to product size and capacity requirements, appropriate machine models can be used, such as jaw crushers, hammer crushers, impact crushers, etc. Optional dust collector to keep the environment clean and meet emission requirements.
Conveyor system
The crusher gypsum is transported to the storage bin by the elevator. The storage silo is designed to ensure stable supply based on storage time requirements.
Mill system
The material is evenly and continuously fed into the mill for grinding by the vibrating feeder, and the finely ground gypsum is blown out by the blower for classification by the analyzer. Qualified powder enters the collector with the wind and is discharged from the pipeline as the final product falls on the screw conveyor for the next stage of calcination. The entire air system is a closed cycle, using a bag filter between the air collector and the blower to filter dust in the air and discharge it into the atmosphere to prevent environmental pollution. The particle size of materials passing through the mill system changes from 0-30mm to 80-120 mesh, meeting the requirements of gypsum.
The grinding system includes an elevator, storage silo, vibrating feeder, grinder, screw conveyor and bag collector.
Calcining system
It includes elevators, fluidized bed boilers, electrostatic precipitators, Roots blowers, etc. Fluidized bed boiler is currently the most widely used calcining equipment in my country. It has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, large capacity, simple structure and low operating cost. It has the advantages of low failure rate, dense shape, low consumption, easy operation, automatic physical and chemical control, good gypsum quality, ideal composition, stable physical properties, and low operating cost. It is widely used in the calcining process of natural gypsum and chemical gypsum.
